Reid E. Choate is a Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA# 795), appraising properties in the State of Hawaii since 1993. Most of his appraising has been on the Big Island, but he also has experience on the islands of Oahu and Kauai. Reid is qualified in all types of residential appraisals including FHA.
Reid also enjoys teaching. He has taught basic video electronics, basic & advanced video production, computer editing, and computer graphics. He has taught several appraisal apprentices in the past, and currently teaches real estate appraisal for apprentices in his company. He's been a guest instructor on various aspects of appraising at several appraisal seminars and classes.
